| The CHALLENGER ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC TRAINING SYSTEM ... MODEL CH100 was designed to address advanced pneumatic circuitry, theory, manual and computer control of pneumatic circuits and DC motor control. It is recommended that the student has a basic knowledge of fluid power before participating in the CHALLENGER program. The curriculum addresses industrial application tasks and problem solving. Advanced components such as computer controlled solenoid valves, pulse valves, air brakes, and compound pneumatic and electrical circuits provides the student with the flexibility of designing, programming, and operating multiple industrial application circuits. The system consists of three modules, control panel, pressure flow and testing panel, and the working device panel. No tools are required to connect any circuit and all testing devices such as a digital multimeter are supplied. A 100 PSI air source is required and not supplied with the system. |

The CHALLENGER OPTICS-SENSORS-SECURITY SYSTEMS TRAINING SYSTEM.... MODEL CH800 is designed to address the science, theory and practical applications of fiber optic, infrared, magnetic, proximity, and ultrasonic sensors. The system also addresses the use of a logic controller that provides various modes of operation for each sensing device. A unique security light screen sensor is used to provide simulated security applications. In today's world environment, security systems have become necessary for the protection of residential, commercial, industrial, military and nuclear power sites. Sensors ranging from the very basic to the very sophisticated are applied to numerous simulated security and manufacturing applications. |
